This year, ZOLOTAS celebrates 130 years of history and creative excellence. It redesigns its iconic jewellery with a contemporary approach, symbols of its unique craftsmanship.
The celebration begins with the presentation of a legendary jewel: “The Golden Lion”. The figure of the lion returns to the mythical universe of ZOLOTAS as a striking necklace in 18kt gold. Ingeniously designed by our goldsmiths, the lion's mouth gently opens to gracefully hold each link of the seven alternating gemstones that accompany it.
The lion is a symbol of grandeur and excellence from the depths of antiquity. It has been the emblem of ZOLOTAS jewellery since the 1960s. Carved by our dedicated sculptors-goldsmiths, who respectfully renew the House's goldsmithing tradition to the present day. The collectible ’Anniversary“ jewellery was designed for both men and women and will be available in 130 numbered editions to commemorate the 130th anniversary of the House of ZOLOTAS.
The jewellery acquires a special shine through the colour and the symbolism of each gemstone. Courage for the Eye of Tiger, purity for Fieldisi and balance for Malachite. Also harmony for Amethyst, strength for Red Jasper, stability for Onyx and wisdom for Lapis Lazuli.
