So we expect the jewels that appear in Benedict and Sophie's story to be as compelling as the plot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although Bridgerton is set during the Regency period, a new Pandora collection inspired by the series reflects current trends in the jewellery industry. Very silver, a combination of metals and flowers.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Pandora released the Rules to Love By jewellery collection earlier this month. Ahead of Bridgerton's season 4 premiere. The collection was created in collaboration with Netflix and Bridgerton's production company, Shondaland. She is represented by Bridgerton actresses Hannah Dodd (Francesca Stirling) and Claudia Jessie (Eloise Bridgerton).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Bridgerton range has many other fans in the jewellery industry. Part of the magic of the show is dreaming about the jewelry the characters wear. As Sophia Macris, creative director of Verragio Fine Jewelry, says.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new season, based on Julia Quinn's romantic novel An Offer From a Gentleman. Sophie, the disowned illegitimate daughter turned maid, appears at a masquerade ball. We see her wearing a second-hand silver dress and mask. But it's the long glove that Sophie leaves behind for Benedict, Violet Bridgerton's second son, as she leaves the party. \u2018Which sets in motionSo begins their Cinderella-like story. What follows, as always, are comic situations and misunderstandings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abThere's nothing I love more than an elegant drama with great humour,\u00bb says Verragio's Macris. \u00abThe playfulness and imagination that Bridgerton's characters cultivate within the strict confines of their society is the essence of what we strive to do with our collections of high quality jewellery. We want to make jewellery for the ladies of the day.\u00bb.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Netflix has only released a few photos and a trailer for season 4. So we'll have to watch it to find out what kind of jewels appear in the first four episodes that start airing. But these early mentions and the show's generally eccentric jewelry have us intrigued. One well-known jewelry writer called the pieces anachronistic, and that's well-meaning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For fans (of Bridgerton or of jewellery in general), the new Pandora collection includes 14 pieces. They are made with cultured freshwater pearls, cubic zirconia, crystal embellishments, sterling silver and 14-carat gold plating. Their motifs include hearts, bows and the insect we all love and hate, the bee. (The patriarch of Bridgerton, Edmund, died of a bee sting).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pandora\/Bridgerton's most imaginative products are the tea bag shaped charms. A reference to the beverage Bridgerton's enjoy most afternoons. Even a dance card and a pencil, items Eloise loves to hate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another fan of the show from the jewelry industry, designer Tanya Farah, says Bridgerton's costumes and jewelry are a lesson in character development. From modest, small jewels to big, bold jewels with gemstones hanging from the neckline. So you can quickly tell a character's personality from the jewelry they wear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abI love Bridgerton. A world where jewelry is not just decorative. But they tell a story,\u00bb says Farah, founder and CEO of the eponymous brand. \u00abWorn with meaning, each piece whispers romance, strength and individuality.\u00bb.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Benedict and Sophie's love story continues in the second part of season four. The four remaining episodes will air on Netflix on February 26. In the meantime, here are some gems that remind us of Bridgerton's world. His romantic yearning but also his dazzling dance parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
