Nivoda, the marketplace for the jewellery industry, announces an exciting development in the selection of stones on its platform. The addition of Melee, both natural and lab-grown. This expansion is an important step in supporting the evolving needs of jewellery retailers. It also further solidifies Nivoda's position as an industry leader.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Melee is now available for purchase on the Nivoda platform. It was initially launched in August to a select group of customers in the UK. Following a successful rollout, Nivoda expanded its availability globally. The response has been remarkable. With Melee's sales contribution soaring by 56% to the number of new orders from Q3 to Q2 2023. And by 117% in Gross Merchandise Value (GMV).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So to improve the Melee experience on the platform, Nivoda introduced a redesigned front-end Customer Experience (CX) with custom filtering capabilities.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

In order to ensure a high level of quality for its customers, Nivoda will start with a limited number of reliable, leading suppliers for Melee. Still recognizing the variability of quality due to different rating criteria. The platform has therefore used the \u201cquality\u201d standards set by Nivoda to provide a reliable and consistent buying experience. One buyer, TC & Reve, stated that they \u201cstarted ordering melee this year for both the UK and US. And so far [he is] happy with the quality and will continue to order.\u201d Another customer, 247 Diamonds Ltd, said the experience of buying Melee on the platform was \u201cabsolutely perfect\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We understand the unique challenges associated with uncertified Melee stones. Nivoda prioritizes both authentication and calibration. Vendor input will include strict standards for product detail images. Even for comprehensive descriptions and samples that are in the final stage.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The platform will offer product tours and in-platform advice to help customers understand the specifics of their purchases. Also build confidence in the quality of the stones offered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is a special link next to the \u201cQuality\u201d drop-down menu, marked \u201cNivoda Quality Standards\u201d. It will guide customers through the grouping of parcels and the company's quality control standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
