This new trade fair has known a few episodic years. After the pandemic and the change of venue in the summer of 2023, the organisers were deeply concerned. About the existing arrangements and in this context, they asked exhibitors as well as visitors. So in which direction should INOVA COLLECTION focus in the future and what should be the dates of the exhibition.
«We had a real need for a major evidence-based analysis of the current situation. So we took the time to make it happen!» as Jens Frey, CEO of the organizing company MUVEO GmbH, explains.
«In Frankfurt, we could not find a place next year for the last weekend in August. So we couldn't follow our usual pattern. Moreover, in the results of an exhibitor and visitor survey conducted in September, the key message was very clear. The majority of the industry wanted INOVA COLLECTION to be in a compact format at the Messecenter Hofheim Rhein-Main. With a clear profile, a degree of charm but also an informal, family atmosphere,» he continues.
The INOVA COLLECTION, which will take place from 30 August to 1 September 2024, therefore returns to its roots.
So in the future it will be positioned as a trade fair with a curated portfolio of high quality brands. In addition, it will offer specialist retailers a compact and high-value overview of trends and patterns for their autumn orders.
«For the sake of the customer! This was and remains our philosophy and the focus of all our decisions.
Organising the event in Frankfurt showed us very clearly, among other things, that the «INOVA feeling» is not infinitely scalable», says Martin Weskamp, co-founder of INOVA COLLECTION and exhibitor from the very beginning. «We therefore intend to stay true to the brand values, which means giving our DNA a stronger expression again.».
But in addition to a high-quality, selective portfolio of brands, the exhibition centre will also feature communication areas, waiting areas and the popular INOVA NIGHT, again providing ample space for discussion and networking. And with GOLDENE NOVA, the show is also once again making a significant and ongoing contribution to supporting and encouraging a new generation.
