INHORGENTA AWARD 2026

On 21 February 2026, Munich once again became the centre of exceptional art, visionary design and creative quality

At INHORGENTA, the winners of the INHORGENTA AWARD 2026 were honoured during a glittering gala. More than 500 distinguished guests from industry, trade and the media were invited to Bavaria Filmstudios. The evening was hosted by TV presenter Nazan Eckes, with musical accompaniment by singer LOI. The live performance provided touching moments.

«The INHORGENTA AWARD shows every year how much innovation and technical excellence distinguishes the jewellery, watch and gemstone industry. This year's winners are designers and companies that combine an understanding of materials as well as technical precision. Also creative vision at the highest level,» says Stefan Rummel, CEO of Messe München.

The 2026 winners - The categories in brief

Prizes were awarded in a total of ten categories. Nine prizes were awarded by an international jury. While in another category the public voted after a pre-selection by a recognised watch jury.

Gemstone Design of the Year

The prize is awarded to Arnoldi International with a two-colour imperial topaz. The jury rewards the gemstone weighing almost 13 carats. An award for its extraordinary intensity of colour, from crimson rose to bright orange as well as copper. As it is strikingly highlighted thanks to its masterful cut.

Fine Jewelry of the Year

The winner is Capolavoro with the «Grace 1991» ring. The jury noted the masterful goldsmithing and the three-dimensional glow created in combination with an invisible, yet versatile technique.

High Jewelry of the Year

Krisonia Alta Gioielleria is awarded with a necklace in white gold, decorated with numerous sapphires and diamonds. The jury recognizes the necklace as a masterpiece of harmonious proportions. It embodies the highest aesthetics and yet impeccably realizes classic high jewelry craftsmanship.

Designer of the Year

The title is awarded to Johannes Hundt with the «Untitled» pendant. The jury points out the excellent materials as well as the tangible quality. As well as the consistent, mysterious design, which convinces with its innovative use of materials and precise craftsmanship.

New Designer of the Year

The winner is Georg Schiller with the «Affinity Bracelet». The jury underlines the clear design concept with its unmistakable signature. As well as the precise, accentuated construction, which gives the piece a contemporary presence.

Mechanical watch of the year

The prize is awarded to Tutima Glashütte for the «PATRIA in Titan» model. The jury evaluates the watch as a masterpiece of watchmaking. With its own mechanical movement, elegant design and also excellent handmade finish.

Watch design of the year

The award is presented to Accutron by Bulova for the model «26A211 Spaceview 314 Tuning Fork». The jury points out the original dial in retro style. It combines aesthetics with the return of the forklift technology - nostalgic yet timelessly innovative at the same time.

Luxury Watch of the Year | Audience Choice

The winner was the «PanoMaticLunar» model from Glashütte Original. After a pre-selection of 14 models by a separate jury of experts. But the final decision was made in cooperation with the WirtschaftsWoche magazine and its readers. With its clearly structured, asymmetrical design, the PanoMaticLunar exemplifies a modern interpretation of classic Glashütte watchmaking.

Goldsmith of the Year

The trophy is awarded to Ruth Sellack in Stuttgart. The jury honours the manufacturer for its modern, unique style. As well as for its original design and the consistent quality of its craftsmanship. Her works are characterised by design clarity, precision and a radiance that transcends the boundaries of the region.

Jewelry Store of the Year

The title is awarded to the Müller jewellery store in Kempten. The jury particularly highlights the successful combination of tradition and modern brand management. The family business combines a personal touch and a curated product range. But also a modern shopping experience with a clear value orientation.

The ninth edition of the INHORGENTA AWARD breaks a new record with 148 nominations. Entries from 19 countries underline the international scope of the award. It has established itself as a recognised mark of quality and technical excellence - far beyond the boundaries of the exhibition.
