Entries are open to jewellery designers regardless of experience, with the IGI accept submissions until 31 January at no cost.
The theme of this year's competition is «Abstract design and retro motifs». With designers encouraged to find inspiration from their everyday surroundings.
Tehmasp Printer CEO said that since its launch in 2021, the IGI Expressions awards have received more than 1,000 submissions.
«We are witnessing the vital role that creativity plays in designing gemstone jewellery that moves and inspires others. IGI is pleased to invite jewelry enthusiasts around the world to participate and be recognized as we continue to encourage and support creative talent,» he said.
Around 50 designs will become finalists in the competition, from which nine champions will be selected. The nine winners will see their designs built by a competition partner.
The winners will be announced on 20 February.
